Don't live in South East London? Have a gym membership you want to use? Want to train independently but with proper programming and guidance? Benefit from my high level of dedicated support and expertise, but without the in-person sessions.

As I do not use automation, my online coaching spots are limited and I operate a waiting list for when I am oversubscribed.

I understand that real progress takes time and statistically, it takes at least a month for habits to be formed, especially when I do not subject my clients to fads and extreme methods. This is why all my packages are a minimum of 3 months – so you can give yourself enough time to see true results, solidify habits and feel great. Though, of course, the majority of my clients stay on and continue their coaching year-round for optimal convenience and benefits.

I’ve always worked with severely time-poor people; I get it. You want results and you're prepared to work hard, but it's the initial leg work and where to begin with a workout that trips you up or hinders real progress.

This is why, by choosing Fitness by Georgia, you’re having me do a lot of the research and hard work for you. Your time is precious, so by doing online coaching with me, you don’t want to have to find extra hours of your spare time, to navigate swathes of information online to figure out next steps that work for you.

You want to better utilise your gym membership

Let me personally design your gym programme and take away the stress of having to find an appropriate workout from the tens of thousands that exist in various forms online. This is the part of my job I enjoy the most – I have a strong attention to detail and enjoy optimising a programme as much as I can.

All my workouts and the exercises within them are justified by myself, so you can fully understand why I have chosen to create your programme the way I have. This gives you faith in my knowledge and shows that I have NOT used AI, cookie cutter programmes or automation of any sort (which is more often than not, not appropriate or tailored enough).

E.g., if you mention in your consultation that with deadlifts it's your grip that gives way first, I will take this on board and ensure your programming includes a sufficient number of exercises that develop grip strength (directly or indirectly).

You value real life experience as well as the facts

I have significant experience in the fitness world and have been through my own fitness journey, as well as being a qualified personal trainer. I am proud to be in a position where I can give you balanced and honest advice, that is also supplemented by real world and anecdotal experience. The literature on research, education and science is important, but so is this in reality.

I purposely work with a maximum of 10 clients at a time. My coaching slots are limited, meaning I can dedicate genuine time and attention to you, your fitness and your goals. I have a waiting list for when I am oversubscribed.
