In-gym personal training
I am now offering my personal training services at Anytime Fitness in Hither Green.
The Hither Green branch didn’t have any female trainers… until now!
Even better news is that I have limited slots available for those without any Anytime Fitness membership, too.
This is the gym I have called home for the past four years. I’ve made so much progress here and I love how many people know each other; the community is strong. By providing in-gym personal training alongside my mobile coaching, there’s something for everyone and I can help more people in the community.
You can also book onto the Women’s Weights class in the studio there at 7.30am – 8am on a Friday!

Hello, I’m Georgia – a strength & lifestyle coach who knows what it takes to make sustainable progress.
On my own health journey I lost over 10kg, and can now lift nearly 2.5x my bodyweight. Since then it’s been my mission to help my clients:
- Build functional strength & reshape their body composition
- Learn proper technique so they can train safely & make progress
- Overcome aches, pains & imbalances, so daily life feels easier
- Get honest & realistic nutrition advice (without fads or extremes)
My style is light-hearted and relaxed – I’m not about pushing extremes or barking orders. I focus on fact-based training where you learn proper form, understand what you’re doing and feel encouraged to progress. Every body is different, so my programming is highly tailored around your body and needs.
