“I’m on week 3 of a 3 month training program with Georgia I am already feeling the benefits.

I’m 65 and had a hip replacement operation 8 months ago. After years of painful arthritis in the hip pre-operation I have lost muscle strength in the hip, lost core body strength and have less hip joint mobility.

Since my sessions I already feel stronger, climbing stairs is easier, I’m beginning to get core strength back and my walking is improving.

I always viewed having a personal trainer as a bit scary, but Georgia has tailored my programme to my needs, never pushes me harder than I can cope and is lovely. It seems she does a lot of work helping older people like me. We have a good chat during the sessions too!"

I always feel really supported and encouraged each step to push a little further as she runs with me! Georgia has also been fundamental in helping me understand more about fitness and my body, and the science and process behind certain methods – she’s so knowledgeable. Georgia has listened to my interests in building my upper body strength and navigating myself around a gym in the weights section which, as a woman, I’ve always found very daunting to do on my own.
