Georgia Bennett of Fitness by Georgia is a certified mobile personal trainer who primarily trains women aged 50+ and specialises in strength training. With a passion for helping women feel strong & powerful in their bodies, she’ll lead a practical workout and break down why lifting weights is one of the best tools for thriving through hormonal change.
Darcel Osei is a hormone coach and holistic life coach, supporting women to navigate the physical and emotional shifts of perimenopause. Her mission is to help women feel seen, empowered and prepared for this next phase with real tools, not fear.

Refunds can be issued up to 48 hours in advance of the event. You are welcome to pass your ticket onto family/a friend if you can’t attend anymore – just let us know if you’ll be doing this.
