1-1 at-home personal training sessions with Georgia
Complimentary 1.5 hour consultation and trial session in your home
Completely bespoke training programme based on your needs and goals
Detailed holistic lifestyle, health and dietary advice
Diverse, top of the range of workout equipment provided (also using your own kit if you’d like)
Unlimited weekday support and guidance from Georgia
Fact-based resources created by Georgia (you can personally request resources on specific topics)
End of programme impact data report meeting
Analysis of food diary (that you provide)
Analysis of sleep data (that you provide)
Analysis of smart watch health data (that you provide)
Extra ad-hoc consultancy, services or training will be invoiced separately.

I understand that real progress takes time and statistically, it takes at least a month for habits to be formed, especially when I do not subject my clients to fads and extreme methods. This is why all my premium packages are on a 12 week cycle – so you can give yourself enough time to see true results, solidify habits and feel great. Though, of course, the majority of my clients stay on and continue sessions year-round for optimal convenience and benefits.

I’ve always worked with severely time-poor people; I get it. This is why, by choosing Fitness by Georgia, you’re having me bring the gym to you. Your time is precious, so you don’t want to have to find an extra hour in your day just to get to and from the gym. I will turn up at your door with everything needed for an impactful session, including top of the range kit. I will always make your sessions as efficient and convenient as possible.
You don’t want a gym membership, or it sits there unused
Let me remove the stress and bring the gym to you. Finding a gym that is convenient and right for you can be tough in South East London. They’re often overcrowded, unclean, impersonal, intimidating, lacking quality and devoid of the services you’re looking for. No gym membership needed with Fitness by Georgia.
You value real life experience as well as the facts
I have significant experience in the fitness world and have been through my own fitness journey, as well as being a qualified personal trainer. I am proud to be in a position where I can give you balanced and honest advice, that is also supplemented by real world and anecdotal experience. The literature on research, education and science is important, but so is this in reality.
You want exclusive, dedicated support
I purposely work with a maximum of 10 clients at a time. My coaching slots are limited, meaning I can dedicate genuine time and attention to you, your fitness and your goals. I have a waiting list for when I am oversubscribed.

Whether you want to get stronger and build muscle to reduce ailments/niggles or just move more to feel fitter and healthier, you want to have more than just fitness sessions. You want to be coached and mentored for a balanced, holistic approach to health and fitness, with guidance about how to adapt your mindset and lifestyle.
Classic personal training often, ironically, lacks the personal touch and does not provide clients with a truly holistic service. It is generally about training people 1 hour at a time, 1-3 times a week, then leaving the client to figure out the rest themselves. With Fitness by Georgia, every aspect is tailored to you, including dedicated ongoing guidance and support to reach your goals – whatever these look like. I will analyse your progress and provide a data report at the end of your programme.
